How does payment work?
Projects start with a 50% deposit, and the remaining 50% is due when your project is delivered.
What do I need to have ready?
Your logo if you have one, any photos you want to use, and some notes about your business. If you do not have all of that yet, I can help you pull it together. Timelines start once your content is received.
I'm just getting started. Is that okay?
Absolutely. A lot of my clients are brand new or have never had a website. The Brand Kit and Website Kit together give you everything you need to launch.
Why should a small business send emails?
Email lets you reach customers who already know you, without paying for ads. A simple welcome email and a monthly newsletter can bring people back and keep your business top of mind.
Can customers buy products on my website?
My websites are built to show off your business and make it easy for customers to contact you. I do not set up online stores or product checkout.
Do you design invitations and personal projects?
Yes. I design invitations and signage for weddings, showers, birthdays, and other events. Send me the details and I will send a quote.
